Wonderstructs Privacy Policy

We at Mindful Games LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("Mindful Games", "we", "us", or "our") make it a point not to collect your personal information through our games in order to sell it to others. However, we do collect certain information for specific, limited purposes, such as to provide certain features, fix bugs or to respond to your emails to us. This Privacy Policy describes how and when our game software "Wonderstructs" and our website, accesses, collects, or transmits your device data or any personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email address).

What Wonderstructs Can View and Collect

Wonderstructs, available through the Meta Quest platform, has access to and uses the following information: your Quest userid, username, user profile photo, and friend list. This information is collected and used when you login to the games using your Quest username in order to provide certain features in Wonderstructs, such as your ability to search for uploads by your friends in-game. This information may be stored in our database for convenience. Except as described above, Wonderstructs does not access, collect, store, or transmit any of your other personal information or device data, and does not engage in any ad targeting, data mining, or other activities that may compromise your privacy. We also will not provide or sell the limited information Wonderstructs does collect to any third parties.

Please note that third-party platforms (such as your web browser, the Meta store, or other storefronts) that you use to access Wonderstructs may collect and use your information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies directly. We do not collect or control any personal information that may be collected by these third parties. Please see "Third-Party Platforms and Services" below for additional details.

Email and Website Policy

Information Collected. We may collect email addresses, names, and other personally identifiable information that you provide to us when you contact us through email, or through the contact forms (if any) on our website. Only the information you include in the email or contact form is collected. In addition, we may collect email addresses and other personally identifiable information that users provide to one of our third-party partners and they in turn provide to us, such as through electronic storefronts selling Wonderstructs.

Use of Provided Information. We may use the information you provide for performing services (such as responding to your email or contact request or fixing any bug reports you send) or for analytics. We may also use your contact information to provide you with promotional information concerning us and our games, but only if you "opted in" to receive promotional information. We do not share your personal information with any third parties except solely as necessary for our third-party vendors to provide these services (for example, sharing with our email and website hosts or a third-party email customer management system).

Option to Delete Your Information and Opt-Out of Promotional Notices

If you would like us to delete any personally identifiable information you provided to us or to stop receiving promotional emails from us, you may contact us at support@mindfulgames.io and we will honor your request within thirty calendar days.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

To use Wonderstructs, you may need to access third-party websites or other services that are not owned or operated by us, including third-party web browsers, game platforms and electronic storefronts. Our website may also contain links to third-party services. We include these for your convenience, but they're operated by third parties with their own privacy practices and terms, which may be very different from ours. You agree that: (i) we have no responsibility or liability for any third-party service; (ii) we are not liable for any loss or claim that you may have against any third-party service operator or owner; and (iii) you release us from any claims or liability related to your agreement with any third-party service or use of their service.

Children's Privacy

Wonderstructs is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently received such information, we will delete it promptly. If you are between 13 and 18, you should only contact us, or use our website or Wonderstructs, with parental or guardian consent.

Other Terms

Game EULAs. Wonderstructs may be subject to its own End User License Agreement (a "EULA"), and nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to supersede or take the place of that EULA. If there is any conflict between the terms of this Privacy Policy and the EULA, the EULA controls.

Updates to Terms. From time to time, we may make updates to this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in Wonderstructs or how we operate. Your use of Wonderstructs following any update or modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the new terms of use. The updates or modifications will not be retroactive to past use, but the most current version of the terms of use will govern our relationship with you if you continue to use Wonderstructs following the update or modification.

Governing Law. This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising out of it are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
